April 2012 Staged Reading @ Bohemian National Hall (NYC)

These photographs were taken during the dress rehearsal for the staged reading of the play April 29th, 2012 at the Bohemian National Hall in New York City. The reading was sponsored by the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in New York; the Czech Center, New York; and the Society for the History of Czechoslovak Jews. The reading introduced a piano reduction of the overture and incidental music for the play written by Stephen Feigenbaum, a commission of the Terezín Music Foundation. The staged reading, featuring a cast of 10, was directed by Edward Einhorn. A fully staged production is being planned for an off off Broadway theater in the spring of 2013.
